I liked this, lol. Everyone underestimates the Wii. Ew, bad graphics. That means it’s shit! No, it means games like COD are shit on it. It’s not the Wii’s fault. I play my Wii more than my PS2/PS3. My DS more than me PSP. Nintendo may not have sexy graphics, but it’s still decent. I know I’d rather go play Ocarina of Time or Pokemon Snap rather than Gears of War 3 Beta (when we could play it) and COD Black Ops. I appreciate good graphics, but it’s not what I want. Some games have great graphics and suck. Others have horrible graphics and are awesome. Broken texture doesn’t bother me at all. The graphics may be better, but the game play itself has gone down hill. Where are the simple story lines with epic battles or the good story lines with decent game play? Case in point original Fable vs. Fable 3. I kinda went off on a tangent, and it’s not all about the Nintendo games and systems. But I think it applies to all three major consoles. And to finish: I play or have played all games mentioned in this. And it’s Lauren. <3

This is such an interesting way to re-use broken games! If I had $40 bucks lying around, I&#8217;d totally get this. Or maybe one of the tons of other ones this guy sells. You can buy this one here (assuming someone else hasn&#8217;t bought it by the time you go look).

Wind Waker-esque visuals in Slime Mori Mori DQ 3: The Great Pirate Ship and Tails Troupe. The sea, at least in these images, doesn’t look nearly as nice as The Legend of Zelda’s looked on the GameCube, though.

That tiny Slime crossing the twice-his-thickness rope to board the enemy ship is very adorable. But I guess it’s rare for Slimes to not appear adorable…

I wish there were a way to post these comics a bit larger—like 600-650 px would be nice, but tumblr seems to have a limit on 500px wide and 700px tall before it converts it into a thumbnail. If anybody knows a simple workaround for this, you can let me know by clicking the “ask me anything” link.
